Responsibilities

Manage administrative functions for digital asset management platforms, ensuring accurate organization and accessibility of assets
Coordinate sourcing and administration of original version (OV) assets to support international market research needs
Collaborate with leadership to establish and maintain localization schedules aligned with campaign milestones
Support vendor delivery timelines, ensuring all materials are delivered accurately and on schedule
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in marketing, media operations, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet-based tools
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through on critical tasks
