Position Overview
Our client is seeking a motivated and resourceful Sales Representative / Procurement Specialist to support both revenue growth and supply chain operations. This individual will play a key role in building client relationships, managing vendor partnerships, and ensuring the timely sourcing and delivery of IBC Tote containers in the FL, SC, NC regions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth
Find IBC Totes from suppliers while negotiating pricing, terms, and availability
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through order fulfillment
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and on-time delivery
Monitor market trends and supplier performance to optimize purchasing strategies
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, vendor communications, and inventory needs
Qualifications
Prior experience in sales, procurement, supply chain, or a related field preferred
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
