Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to oversee our North American operations. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of key customers and build long‑term, trust‑based relationships. You will act as a brand ambassador, showcasing our core values and a solution‑oriented approach to meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the North American region.

Maintain and expand relationships with key customers in the aviation industry.

Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that align with our product offerings.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.

Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the aviation sector or aerospace industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Excellent negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.

Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Willingness to travel as needed within the region.
