Position Overview
The Business Development Manager is a dynamic, field-based role responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share within an assigned territory for an innovative regenerative cosmeceutical company. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for current and prospective partners, combining deep product expertise with a consultative sales approach to build lasting professional relationships.

In this role, the Business Development Manager will develop and execute targeted sales strategies, coordinate physician training and practice support, and identify new business opportunities that align with the company's growth objectives. Success in this position requires a self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, science-driven environment and is passionate about bringing cutting‑edge skincare solutions to market.

The ideal candidate is an organized, results-driven communicator who can effectively manage a territory, analyze market trends, and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. A strong understanding of the aesthetic or dermatology space, along with the ability to educate and influence clinical partners, is essential to making a meaningful impact in this role.

Essential Functions

Promote and sell products to current and potential partners within a defined geographical area.

Develop and initiate a specific game plan to increase sales and market share.

Utilize effective selling strategies to expand product demand.

Coordinate physician training and support programs, practice in‑services and events.

Provide technical product and procedure expertise to customers.

Build strong professional relationships with potential and current customers.

Implement and execute key marketing strategies.

Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Establish clear communication and maintain excellent working relationships with coworkers and assigned providers.

Actively participate in scheduled sales meetings, conference calls, and other company activities while also being on time.

Uphold company standards, policies, core values, and adherence of company handbook.

Effectively manage your territory within the monthly budget.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

Other related duties as required.

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must possess the ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. Minimum 2+ years of proven sales experience in a quota-driven environment.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).

Established relationships within the assigned territory (preferred).

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in word processing systems such as Microsoft Word or Google Docs.

Experience using CRM platforms, such as HubSpot (preferred).

Desired Skills & Abilities

Strategic and consultative sales background is a plus.

This individual must possess strong communication skills and maintain an upbeat, positive attitude.
