Production Supervisor
Responsible for first-line direction of nonexempt employees involved in production, assembly, subassembly, or fabrication operations. Typically manages the day-to-day workflow of subordinate nonexempt workers. Reviews production schedules, material, and manpower resources. Assigns employees to maximize production objectives, maintain quality, and attain output requirements. Inform employees of production and material problems and coordinate with support groups to resolve problems affecting schedules. Participate in establishing and modifying operational methods and processes by recommending changes in materials, equipment, and procedures. Maintains a variety of reports, records, and production documentation to reflect schedules, performance, methods, and the like. Responsible for the employment, training, employee motivation, counseling, and discipline of employees supervised.
Oversee the repair process
Ability to manage stock levels for successful long-term production

Must be able to coordinate various repair activities
Must be flexible and adapt to priorities
Must follow all corporate safety, production procedures, and regulations
Must have the ability to conduct quality inspection of own work and follow quality standards
A bachelor's degree is preferred
3-5 years of functional experience may substitute an associate's degree
3-5 years of functional (using skill set) experience is required
3-5 years of industry experience is required
Training Pre-requisites (Within One Year of Taking Position):
ESD
Safety Training, as dictated by the Safety Department
Other: FOD
Must know repair process
Must be able to organize and supervise employees
Ability to work with customers and vendors
Skilled at conflict management (people skills)
Ability to prioritize
Good organizational skills

Ability to manage
Able to lift 70 lbs.
Able to stand for extended periods of time
