Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a B2B Sales Account Executive, based in Indianapolis, IN, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for generating new leads, maintaining and growing client accounts, building long‑lasting relationships, and delivering excellent customer service. The role requires meeting sales targets, presenting customized solutions to B2B clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications

Proven experience in Lead Generation and Account Management
Strong Communication and Relationship Building skills
Customer Service experience and a customer-focused mindset
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience in B2B sales or business development is highly desirable
