Key Responsibilities
Manage rate loading inquiries and tickets, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication
Investigate and resolve complex rate discrepancies while maintaining SQL queries for data validation
Develop automation scripts and dashboards to enhance operational efficiency and reporting
Required Qualifications
3+ years in a technical operations, business analyst, or analytics role with rate management exposure
Strong proficiency in SQL for data investigation and validation
Experience with Salesforce reports and dashboards
Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
