In this role, you will be an integral part of an expanding nationwide CNS sales team launching a new drug to the market. The Regional Sales Manager will be directly responsible to hire, train, develop and coach a successful sales team in the assigned region.
Responsibilities
Lead, manage and develop the skill sets and overall performance of the sales representatives in your region
Lead with a strategic mindset developing business plans to successfully achieve sales results
Identify opportunities in multiple local markets and successfully pull through marketing strategies
Develop strategies to balance and strategically pull through portfolio selling successfully
Monitor all field activities and lead with integrity to ensure compliance guidelines are met
Qualifications
10+ years life science sales
3+ years regional or district manager experience
Product launch experience leading others in competitive markets
Ability to travel as necessary, including overnights
Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.
Psychiatry experience in the areas of ADHD and/or schizophrenia
Entrepreneurial mindset and/or experience in start-up environments
Strong track record of sales success
