Role Description
The Marketing Coordinator is a client-facing role responsible for owning strategy and execution across a portfolio of accounts. Daily work includes producing and editing short‑form video, designing social graphics, developing content concepts, and supporting broader digital marketing initiatives like email campaigns, funnels, and landing pages. The role also involves light client communication, building account strategy, and tracking deliverables and due dates to ensure consistent, on‑time output across multiple accounts. As the role transitions to full‑time, responsibilities expand into full account management ownership and becoming the primary point of contact for those clients.

Qualifications

Comfortable in a client‑face‑ing role, with strong written and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to own strategy and execution across mediums and industries

Strong short‑form video editing skills (CapCut or similar; Premiere or DaVinci a plus)

An eye for design fundamentals: typography, layout, and color

Experience designing for Instagram and keeping up with trends, including Reels, carousels, and story graphics

AI‑curious with a builder mindset — actively experimenting with new tools and finding ways to ship faster and smarter without sacrificing taste or quality

Experience with email marketing, funnels, or general digital marketing execution

Effective project management skills, including tracking deliverables, due dates, and account status

High level of organization, attention to detail, and adaptability to shifting client priorities

Willingness to work with clients across the political spectrum without personal beliefs affecting the work
