We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Coordinator to drive the firm's growth and client engagement through innovative and strategic marketing initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication, promoting brand awareness, and supporting advisors by managing marketing campaigns, organizing events, and optimizing scheduling processes to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Marketing Campaign Execution

Develop and implement marketing campaigns aligned with the firm's strategic goals.

Measure and report on campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed.

Ensure all marketing materials comply with financial industry regulations.

Client and Advisor Communication

Manage and coordinate communication with clients and advisors to promote services and events.

Create and distribute newsletters, promotional materials, and other communications.

Event Planning and Management

Organize and manage client and advisor events, such as seminars, workshops, and networking events.

Ensure smooth event execution, including logistics, materials, and follow-up communications.

Market Research and Analysis

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.

Provide recommendations based on research to enhance marketing strategies and campaigns.

Database Management

Maintain and update CRM systems and TTA with client and marketing data.

Ensure accurate tracking of marketing leads and campaign results.

Reporting and Analysis

Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and client engagement.

Analyze data to assess the success of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

Marketing Expertise:

Demonstrated experience in marketing within the financial industry or a related field. Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, content creation, and branding.

Project Management:

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create compelling marketing content and communicate effectively with clients and advisors.

Event Management:

Proven experience in planning and executing events, with a focus on client and advisor engagement.

Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical abilities to assess campaign performance and market trends. Proficiency in using analytics tools and software.

CRM Proficiency:

Experience with CRM systems and database management. Ability to use CRM data to inform marketing strategies and track performance.

Client and Advisor Relations:

Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and advisors. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.

Flexibility and Adaptability:

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment. Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
