Marketing Promotions Coordinator

Role Description

Participate in the creative process and development of ideas.
Set up timelines and action steps for promotions and events.
Collateral proofing and editing.
Assist with updates and revisions of all collateral materials including menus.
Track analytics and develop reports to assess results based on KPIs.
Manage third party reputation platforms (Google, Apple Maps, Bing, Yelp, TripAdvisor, etc).
Handle any administrative details associated with the marketing position.
Qualifications

Superior organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable with multitasking and changing priorities at a moments notice. Self motivated and intuitive in project execution and management. Good technical skills. Strong attention to detail. Proficient in various software programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Canva). Well organized, self-motivated and deadline driven.
