Senior Strategic Communications Consultant – Arc Bio Communications, an IQVIA business
Required Experience
Minimum 8 years’ experience in public relations, medical communications and/or scientific communications.
Experience developing scientific or communications strategies aligned to client business objectives.
Experience challenging and interrogating client briefs through structured questioning.
Experience producing high‑quality scientific or communications content (e.g., narratives, platforms, messaging, presentations, articles, social content).
Experience leading, motivating and inspiring account teams to deliver strategic communications programs and projects.
Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships and engaging with senior pharmaceutical executives.
Experience growing business organically through existing client relationships or supporting new business opportunities and proposals.
Experience in accurate financial planning, management, forecasting and team resourcing.
Client Service
Leads, builds and maintains excellent client relationships and provides ongoing consultation on a peer‑to‑peer basis.
Develops strong, science‑ or corporate‑communication strategies and programs that address unique client challenges.
Delivers evidence‑based, high‑standard work efficiently and timely.

Ensures finances and budgets align with agency procedures.

Uses in‑house software and platforms competently.

Leads client account teams, setting strategy and reviewing progress.

The potential base pay range for this role is $95,300.00 – $237,500.00. Pay offered may vary based on qualifications, location, and schedule. Incentive plans, bonuses and other compensation may be offered, along with a range of health, welfare and benefits.
