Role Purpose
To support and execute marketing initiatives across the Holiday Inn Express portfolio by managing content, partnerships, reporting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to drive brand visibility and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimise OTA content to maintain a 100% content score across platforms

Coordinate creative requests from hotel units, ensuring timely execution and closure

Act as a liaison between internal teams and PR & Marketing agencies for social media and PR deliverables

Develop and manage partnerships to drive collaborative campaigns and promotions

Monitor and update website content to ensure brand consistency and accuracy

Prepare weekly marketing reports and analyse performance metrics

Ensure timely execution of tactical brand promotions across all properties

Assist in annual marketing budget preparation with relevant insights

Monitor Commercial Priorities Dashboard and report on progress and gaps

Support monthly marketing calls and track key deliverables

Handle ad hoc marketing requirements and operational support

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

OTA Content Score maintained at

100%

Timely closure of creative requests within defined SLAs

Adherence to marketing campaign timelines and execution standards

Quality and accuracy of weekly/monthly reports

Number and effectiveness of partnerships executed

Completion rate of tactical promotions across hotels

Website content accuracy and update frequency

Contribution to achieving overall marketing and revenue targets

Ability to deliver tasks with accuracy and within timelines

Collaboration:

Strong coordination with cross‑functional teams and external agencies

Communication Skills:

Clear and effective verbal and written communication

Ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights

High level of accuracy in content and reporting

Adaptability:

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Experience:

2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing

Education
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
