We are seeking a talented

Sales Coordinator

to join our

Sales team

at

Fossil Group . In this role, you will support the execution of sales strategies across multiple brands and accounts, ensuring seamless coordination between cross‑functional teams and contributing to overall business performance. An ideal candidate will be highly organized, analytical, and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

What you will do in this role

Provide day‑to‑day support to the Divisional Sales Manager and Account Executives across multiple brands and buying offices within the Watch and Jewelry categories

Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Global Brand, Planning, Marketing, Buying, Licensing, and Visual Merchandising teams

Create and maintain accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports, including data entry and analysis

Manage daily pricing updates and communicate changes internally and externally

Process product orders in SAP, monitor deliveries, and provide tracking updates to accounts and internal teams

Manage sample inventory and prepare showroom spaces for account meetings

Compile and maintain market materials, including line sheets, buy sheets, and seasonal presentations

Support eCommerce execution, including SKU setup, pricing, assortment accuracy, and product detail page (PDP) performance

Partner with internal and external teams to coordinate fixtures, collateral, and packaging needs

Independently manage and support a small business segment

Who You Are (Requirements)

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Apparel & Textiles, or a related field preferred

1–3+ years of relevant experience in retail, sales, or merchandising preferred

Strong analytical and business acumen, including experience with sales analysis and financial metrics

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace for reporting and data analysis

Experience working in fast‑paced, sales‑driven environments

Strong organizational, time management, and multi‑tasking skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners

Self‑starter with a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset

Collaborative, flexible work style with a passion for the fashion industry

Required to work in‑office four days per week, either in our Richardson, TX office or New York City office
