Digital Media Specialist to join our growing digital media team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across multi-channel campaigns, including Paid Search and Paid Social, supporting the delivery of effective paid digital campaigns for agency clients. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, working alongside strategy, content, and analytics functions. You will support campaign execution and optimization while gaining exposure to media strategy and planning across a range of global clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimise Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across platforms such as Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and X.
Support media budget management and ensure campaigns are delivered in line with performance objectives.
Assist in the creation of paid digital strategies and media plans, including research and use of industry tools.
Own day-to-day campaign monitoring, optimization, and performance tracking.
Use reporting tools to analyze campaign performance and identify actionable insights.
Contribute client reports and campaign reviews with accurate data, analysis, and recommendations.
Work collaboratively with internal teams across content, data, and organic search.
Support the identification of opportunities across channels and networks to improve campaign performance.
Stay up to date with digital media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
4+ years of experience managing Paid Search and/or Paid Social campaigns (Google Ads and paid social platforms).
Understanding of campaign setup, including account structure, tracking, and reporting.
Experience using reporting tools to monitor performance and derive insights.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with internal teams and contribute to client deliverables.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Passion for digital marketing and willingness to learn and grow in the field.
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
