Job Description
WSP is seeking a full‑time Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our Strategic Growth Team (SGT) – a best‑in‑class, multidisciplinary marketing, sales, and business development organization supporting our Federal Programs business across the United States. The Federal Programs business line collaborates closely with WSP’s other business lines and markets to position, pursue, and secure federal contracts, delivering mission‑critical infrastructure and advisory services for U.S. government clients nationwide and around the world.

Responsibilities

Lead standard proposals/qualifications with limited supervision and support complex proposals/qualifications with general supervision, including scheduling and conducting proposal kick‑off meetings, strategy sessions, and color reviews to develop a winning, compliant proposal

Research, gather, edit, and produce proposal materials, reviewing and editing content for clarity, compliance, and key messages

Coordinate design and production of proposal materials with graphics staff to ensure all materials effectively communicate the strategic vision identified for a given pursuit

Develop and maintain proposal, qualification, and sales files, including resumes, project descriptions, and sales and business development databases

Support client teams in preparing materials for internal and external meetings and participate in client team meetings

May support communications team on regional activities such as newsletters, project awards, visibility and social media campaigns, conferences, and other special communications‑related projects

Ensure the various aspects of proposals and other sales and business development materials are compliant, accurate and delivered in a timely manner

Support and may lead the presentation phase of pursuits, including coordinating graphics and refining key messages

Work with individual pursuit teams to develop pursuit strategies, providing business intelligence on clients, competitors, and WSP

Organize and may facilitate sales and business development strategy meetings

Embrace technology and seek ways to increase effectiveness of sales and business development activities and client engagement

May provide oversight of the work of other team members

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of applicable experience

5+ years of experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in editing, proofing, and general sales and business development skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (primarily InDesign), SharePoint, and other software programs

Strong organizational and coordination skills, liaison capabilities, and knowledge of business development procedures

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines

Must have knowledge of procedures necessary to manage a standard proposal from onset to conclusion with limited supervision

Ability to facilitate meetings

Must possess a strategic mindset

Compensation
Expected salary (all locations): $74,200.00 – $100,000.00. WSP USA reserves the right to adjust compensation within this range and to offer additional benefits and compensation based on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
