Goldin is seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented

Live Stream Producer

to plan and execute live broadcasts, including live auctions on eBay Live. The role combines content production, e‑commerce, and audience engagement to deliver polished, high‑performing live experiences.

Responsibilities

Produce and manage live stream broadcasts, including auctions and content streams on Goldin’s eBay Live.

Develop run‑of‑show scripts and timing, manage pre‑show rehearsals, and oversee post‑show wrap processes.

Coordinate live talent, hosts, and subject‑matter experts during broadcasts.

Collaborate with consignment teams to curate compelling lineups and develop engaging formats that highlight key items and maximize bidder participation.

Develop new show ideas to grow Goldin’s presence and impact on eBay Live.

Troubleshoot live issues in real time and adapt quickly under pressure.

Track and report on key performance metrics (GMV, engagement, conversion rates, peak viewership) and use insights to continuously improve programming and production quality.

Work from the Runnemede, NJ office.

Required Experience

5+ years in live production, with preferred experience in digital live streaming.

Experience identifying, developing, and producing on‑camera talent.

Experience running live shows or events in fast‑paced environments.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong communication and on‑the‑fly problem‑solving abilities.

Preferred Experience

Experience with collectibles, sports memorabilia, or trading cards.

Background in e‑commerce, auctions, or marketplace platforms.

Familiarity with eBay Live or similar live shopping platforms.

Working knowledge of Adobe Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects).

On‑camera hosting experience.

Skills

Content development and creation.

Crafting run‑of‑shows, compelling scripts, and host talking points.

Knowledge of e‑commerce broadcasting principles and techniques.

Creativity to find new ways to engage viewers and boost sales.

Familiarity with live shows and the ability to manage a fast‑paced live show environment.

Building trust and development with talent.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with talent, hosts, viewers, and internal stakeholders.

Analytical skills and ability to understand and interpret data related to live stream performance to optimize future streams.

Organized, reliable, and capable of managing tasks independently.

Project management skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Additional Details
The base pay range for this position is

$71,600 – $123,400 . Base pay offered may vary depending on location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may also include other elements, such as a target bonus and restricted stock units, plus a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and paid time off). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided upon offer.

If hired, employees will be in an “at‑will” position and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary and other compensation at any time.
