As a Vice President, Commerce Creative you will lead a high-performing team in delivering best-in-class creative and customer experiences across e-commerce, retail stores, and call center sales channels. You will be responsible for enhancing brand storytelling and sales effectiveness across multiple touchpoints. How You'll Make an Impact
Building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing creative, design, and production team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Shaping customer-first creative strategies that enhance engagement, drive transactions, and increase brand loyalty.
Overseeing content creation, UX design, digital merchandising, and sales enablement assets to optimize the end-to-end customer journey.
Developing and executing creative strategies that enhance the digital shopping experience, including landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows while ensuring seamless integration of omnichannel experiences, connecting e-commerce, physical retail, and call center touchpoints.
Leveraging data-driven insights, A/B testing, and personalization to optimize creative performance and improve conversion rates.
Partnering with cross-functional teams to align creative strategies with business objectives while collaborating with e-commerce, UX, digital marketing, and merchandising teams to drive performance-focused creative solutions.
You’ll actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience by staying ahead of e-commerce design trends and championing the use of emerging tools, bringing innovation to commerce experiences and streamlining creative workflows and production. What You’ll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Experience: Experience in commerce creative leadership, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or sales-driven industries 10+ years.
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, design or related field; or equivalent work experience and education.
Technical skills: Familiarity with AI-driven personalization, A/B testing, and digital experience optimization. Proven experience in developing high-impact creative strategies for e-commerce, retail, and call center sales channels. Strong expertise in UX design, digital merchandising, performance marketing, and sales enablement content. Strong background in commerce-focused creative strategy, user experience (UX) and omnichannel marketing. Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with marketing, product, UX, and sales teams.
Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Abilities: Can read, write, speak and understand English. Can drive conversion, engagement, and revenue growth through creative excellence.
