What You’ll Be Doing
Own dealership relationships from onboarding through long-term growth
Convert trial users into fully active shipping accounts
Guide dealers through their first shipment experience
Drive account adoption, retention, and rooftop expansion opportunities
Partner cross-functionally with sales, operations, and marketing teams
Manage a portfolio of dealership accounts with a strong focus on customer success and volume growth
Qualifications
2+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, or Relationship Management in the Automotive network
Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
Comfortable working with technology platforms and troubleshooting client issues
Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
Automotive, logistics, SaaS, transportation, or insurance-related experience is highly preferred
