Compensation: 20,000 PHP / month (Starting)

Growth Path: Eligible for an increase to 25,000 PHP+ after a successful 30-day trial/probation.

Overview
A fast-growing portfolio of businesses based in Houston, Texas including high-volume physical signage shops, digital media agencies, and various e-commerce projects is seeking a relentlessly consistent Social Media & Community Coordinator.

This role serves as the daily voice across multiple brand channels. The objective is to maintain a high-volume, engaging organic presence by transforming behind-the-scenes shop footage, installation timelapses, and media shoots into community-building content for both B2B clients and B2C consumers.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Content Execution: Rapidly produce trend-based Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and static graphics using provided raw footage from the physical production floors and media shoots.

Copywriting & Scheduling: Write engaging, platform-specific captions with strong hooks and schedule all posts natively across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Rapid Community Management: Monitor all social channels continuously. Reply to all comments and direct messages with extreme urgency (within minutes during business hours). Proactively engage with local Houston businesses online to build relationships and generate organic leads.

Video Rough Cuts: Assist the creative production team by doing the initial audio syncing and "rough cuts" of raw video footage in CapCut, Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve.

Requirements
Flawless English (The #1 Requirement): Absolute fluency in written English is mandatory. Candidates must be able to write sharp, witty, and engaging social media captions and reply to comments natively, without relying on ChatGPT or translation tools.

Platform Native: A deep understanding of current trends, audio, and pacing for TikTok and Instagram Reels.

Design & Video Foundation: A strong portfolio of manual design work (Canva/Photoshop) and short-form video editing. Generative AI design submissions will immediately disqualify candidates.

Urgency & Responsiveness: Social media moves fast. A high sense of urgency is required for managing the community inbox, clearing notifications, and jumping on daily trends.

Internet: Reliable, high-speed fiber connection (min 25 Mbps) with a backup plan.

Hardware: A computer capable of handling video editing smoothly.

Power: A stable power supply or a reliable backup plan for local brownouts.

Availability: This role strictly follows Houston, Texas Time (CST). Candidates must be online, available, and highly responsive during US business hours.

Clear Growth: Starts at 20,000 PHP. After the first 30 days, performance, engagement metrics, and response times will be reviewed for an immediate increase to 25,000 PHP+.

Stability: Full-time role with a guaranteed 13th-month bonus in December.

Mentorship: Hands-on training in organic growth strategies, brand voice development, and content monetization.
