The Field Marketing Manager II supports Aramark’s clients with product innovation, merchandising, and promotions. The role serves as a liaison between Aramark’s Marketing team and client account locations, ensuring that client and consumer needs are met while adhering to Aramark standards.

Responsibilities

Conduct marketing research and data collection (focus groups, surveys, campus mapping, trend development, competitive pricing analysis)

Strategic planning, innovation, and creativity: develop marketing plans and new strategies and tactics for promoting existing or new locations to enhance sales and customer satisfaction

Sales support: develop and execute annual campaigns, including oral and written presentations for various target groups; support business development with RFP responses, sales presentations, and client business reviews (CBRs)

Coordinate special events, promotions, marketing collateral, media interaction, public relations, website updates, and social media marketing

Build relationships with clients, organization department heads, subgroups, and community groups

Qualifications

At least 3 years of product, marketing, and/or merchandising experience

Experience managing at least 2-3 direct reports

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or marketing

Proven ability to increase sales and measure the impact/return on investment of program implementation

Proactive, assertive, and creative with strategic thinking skills

Excellent interpersonal skills, including presentation, public speaking, and client interaction

Proficiency with social media and MS Office productivity tools

Valid driver’s license and vehicle
