We're hiring a Director of Growth creative to lead the intersection of brand and performance—owning how our brand shows up across high-impact, high-volume channels like UA, ASO, SEO, CRM, and social.
This role combines creative direction, copy leadership, production oversight, and creative operations. You will be responsible for turning Bumble's brand portfolio into a scalable system that drives measurable growth.
You'll co-lead a multidisciplinary team across copy, design, and production, while partnering closely with Growth, Product Marketing, Brand, and external partners.
This is a builder role. You are expected to bring structure, increase velocity, and elevate creative into a core growth lever.

What You Bring

8+ years in creative roles, with experience spanning both brand marketing and performance/growth
Strong copy background with proven ability to lead messaging across multiple channels
Deep experience in performance channels (UA, paid social, ASO, SEO/landing pages, CRM)
Proven track record of leading high-output teams and improving creative operations
Experience building scalable creative systems, not just one-off campaigns
Strong production experience (UGC, creator ecosystems, agencies, in-house pipelines)
Highly organized, systems-oriented thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments
Ability to balance brand integrity with performance demands—without defaulting to either extreme
Strong cross-functional collaborator with experience managing complex stakeholder environments
Confident presenter with experience influencing senior leadership

Final Compensation

Will be determined based on factors such as the selected candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, skill set, and other job-related considerations.
