B2B Senior Product Manager
Payment Value Added Service team offers a suite of consumer bill and B2B invoice presentment and omnichannel payment solutions (Bill Matrix, CheckFree Pay, Snap Pay) for enterprise merchants and government entities to automate their workflows and leverage data to drive strategic business outcomes. Snap Pay is a SaaS solution that makes B2B Accounts Receivable payments easier, faster, secure and more efficient between sellers and buyers. We help organizations digitally transform their “Order-to-Cash” lifecycle with leading capabilities for e‑commerce/offline payments, electronic invoice presentment and payment tools integrated with industry ERP providers, actionable data insights to improve payment collections, and value‑added services that expand the value proposition to merchants.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager/Senior Product Manager to lead, manage, and scale the flagship Snap Pay platform. You will play a pivotal role in understanding and addressing enterprise, middle‑market customer pain points and needs, driving feature enhancements, and steering the evolution of the core Snap Pay vision, roadmap, and execution. Your experience will help champion and evangelize Snap Pay across Fiserv teams to identify synergies and experiment with upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
Responsibilities
Define and execute roadmap for Snap Pay core application experiences (A/R automation with omnichannel digital payments solutions, electronic invoice presentment and payment) enhanced with value‑added services such as financing, fraud, and cross‑border.
Deeply understand customer needs and use front‑line insights to evaluate new feature enhancement concepts, along with competitive landscape and ROI analysis.
Manage end‑to‑end delivery of multiple large, technical product initiatives within committed time periods, ensuring a successful build outcome and best‑in‑class user experience.
Drive planning, prioritization, business and functional requirements, concept prototypes, and product performance measurement with relevant KPIs and cross‑functional stakeholders.
Create commercial‑ready product solutions with go‑to‑market strategies, ensuring quality with compliance and legal requirements.
Qualifications
5+ years technology experience as a Product Manager building and scaling large‑scale digital payments‑focused products from ideation to launch.
Experience with B2B, SaaS, and ERP products; ideally in startups or complex enterprises.
Proven track record of developing strategy by defining opportunities and problems, collecting and synthesizing data for prioritization, and measuring success to make valid conclusions.
Fluency with system integrations, data flows, and API‑level details to influence technical approaches with architects, engineers, and customers.
Aptitude in using Agile (scrum, kanban, SAFe) and product management methodologies to lead and partner with solution consultants and engineers toward business outcomes and delivery goals.
Experience co‑creating go‑to‑market (GTM) launch strategy and customer enablement with sales, marketing, and implementation partners.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex concepts and bring others along your thinking.
Proven track record for defining, building, and delivering high‑impact products that create real business and customer value in fast‑growth or large‑scale companies.
Bias for action and shares responsibility for the team’s success and progress.
How You’ll Work
This role is on‑site Monday through Friday; in‑person collaboration is essential.
This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

Salary Range
$103,500.00 – $165,600.00
Pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
