Job Description
TheSenior Account Executiveis responsible for managing theday-to-day execution of HCP marketing deliverables. This role is highly tactical, focused on maintaining workflow momentum, coordinating across teams, and ensuring projects move smoothly from brief through approval and delivery.

You’ll partner closely with Account leadership while owning timelines, deliverables, and communications across multiple HCP initiatives, helping ensure work is accurate, on time, on budget, and compliant.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day execution of assigned HCP marketing tactics across channels (e.g., sales aids, digital assets, emails)

Serve as a primary contact for daily client and internal communications, ensuring clear updates and follow-through

Manage timelines, status updates, meeting materials, contact reports, and action-item tracking

Coordinate submissions through Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) review, track feedback, and route revisions accurately

Partner with Creative, Medical, Strategy, Digital, and Project Management teams to ensure work is aligned with brand objectives and delivered efficiently

Ensure all materials meet scientific accuracy, regulatory requirements, and approved messaging

Support scope, estimate, and budget tracking as needed

Maintain strong cross-functional working relationships and support Account leadership with tactical execution

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in an agency or healthcare marketing environment (HCP experience preferred)

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams

Strong written communication and documentation skills

Familiarity withVeeva (Vault PromoMats and/or CRM)preferred

Familiarity with, or interest in developing expertise in, HCP marketing and MLR processes

Proactive, reliable, and accountable for assigned deliverables

Collaborative, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment

Compensation Range: $60,800-$93,600 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
