About the Role
We are looking for a talented graphic designer with social media expertise to join our marketing team. The candidate will bring fresh creative thinking to the global marketing team and hold a natural curiosity for AI advancements in the design marketing arena. This role is an exciting opportunity for a design professional to join a leading business with a fantastic reputation and an impressive array of globally recognized clients.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute best practice design concepts across TTL channels, from initial brief through to final production‑ready files – across global campaigns and initiatives.

Design on‑brand visual content for social media platforms including LinkedIn and Instagram (static graphics, animated assets, carousels).

Apply and maintain brand identity guidelines consistently across all output, ensuring visual coherence across campaigns and touchpoints.

Collaborate closely with copywriters, art directors, and marketing teams to translate briefs into compelling visual solutions.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing deadlines while maintaining a high standard of craft.

Concept and produce motion graphics and animated content for use across digital channels, including social media, web, and presentations, using After Effects and other industry‑standard tools.

Stay current with the latest design trends and incorporate them into all projects, with an interest in AI and the future of design.

Requirements

5–7 years of experience in a similar role.

Digital/social media native design thinker with a strong understanding of branding and design principles, including layout, typography, and colour theory. Strong portfolio demonstrating platform‑native content.

Experience creating animated graphics for use across social media and other digital forms.

Curious, passionate about digital innovation, and willing to learn and apply new concepts.

Mac proficient user with experience across industry‑standard software – Adobe CS (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Figma, After Effects, Jira). Also proficient with Microsoft tools – PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with AI tools.

Desirable: familiarity with copywriting.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on multiple fast‑paced projects simultaneously.

Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a global team environment.

Willingness to learn, grow and develop skills and abilities.

Salary and Location
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC or Boston, MA is $60k - $65k/year.
