divh2Lead Painter/h2pSkilled Painter/ppWe work year around/ppRequirements:/pulliHave a current drivers license and clean driving record/liliAnd submit to a drug free work environment/liliMinimum of 3 years experience/li/ulpMust Have Working Knowledge Of:/pulliPrepares, primes, sands, seals, patches and paints furniture, surfaces, buildings, and fixtures utilizing all types of painting materials such as varnish, lacquer, shellac, enamel, latex, epoxy, water-proofing and heat resistant finishes./liliTapes, flushes, repairs and applies texturing, wallpaper, and acoustic layers on a variety of surfaces./liliAdjusts colors when necessary; utilizes enhanced finishing skills when appropriate./liliApplies materials to new construction, existing, multi-story buildings, alterations, and remodeling./liliOperates, cleans and maintains all painting equipment, including brushes, rollers, sprayers and electrostatic sprayers, pumps etc. Safely stores and labels all materials./liliErects scaffolding, rigging and ladders as necessary in a manner consistent with safety codes./li/ulpWe provide quality benefit packages to employees and their families as well as a competitive wage and retirement planning.
