About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Webdesigner (m/w/d) to join our team on a part‑time basis (20 hours per week). In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our company's online presence. Your primary responsibility will be to manage content updates, ensure website functionality, and create engaging digital experiences that reflect our brand values. You will work closely with our marketing and technical teams to develop and implement design solutions, ensuring our website is not only visually appealing but also user‑friendly and optimized for search engines. Qualifications

Completed education or degree in communication, media, or a related field

Experience in content editing or web maintenance

Proficient in managing CMS platforms, preferably WordPress

Basic understanding of user experience (UX) principles and digital content creation

Fundamental knowledge of SEO best practices

Structured and meticulous working style

Excellent command of German, both written and spoken

Strong attention to detail and quality consciousness

Effective team player with strong communication skills

Responsibilities

CMS Content Management & Publishing: Accurately upload and manage website content within the CMS, ensuring consistency and technical correctness across various web formats.

Layout Implementation: Develop and build web pages according to predefined templates and design guidelines, maintaining visual consistency and brand integrity.

Quality Assurance & SEO Optimization: Review website formatting, links, and media assets for accuracy; optimize metadata and content for search engine visibility to enhance online discoverability.

Asset Management & Documentation: Prepare media files for web use, document system changes, and maintain organized records of updates and technical modifications.
