Remote SaaS Account Growth Leader (NRR)

CXT Software is seeking a results-driven Account Manager to manage a portfolio of $5M-$10M+ in a rebuild-phase SaaS environment. In this role, you'll own Net Revenue Retention, identify expansion opportunities, and drive customer outcomes. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to influence best practices and deliver exceptional service. This 100% remote position emphasizes flexibility and offers a dedicated growth path. Base salary is $100,000 with additional bonuses and commissions, totaling an OTE of $140,000.
