Through the Acadomi, starting SEPTEMBER 2026, we are growing our organization and providing hands‑on training, mentorships and growth opportunities within our company. Recent Graduate candidates will work full‑time with seasoned recruiters and account executives to gain a foundation for the IT industry – from best recruiting practices to account management. Responsibilities

Participate in an informative 2‑month training program with experienced recruiters and account executives to boost your career in IT recruiting.
Work closely with a team lead to perfect your skills in sourcing, interviewing, and submitting candidates.
Gain experience cold calling, interacting and prospecting new business.
Gain a foundation for Optomi’s recruiting and sales process and eventually move into an account executive role.
Account Executive Role

Connect with clients/companies in the Charlotte market to learn about their business needs and problems through phone calls, in‑person meetings, coffees, lunches, etc.
Develop strong partnerships with key clients/companies by informing them who Optomi is and how we can be the ideal partner for their business needs.
Act as the primary point‑of‑contact for all hiring needs between the client and the recruiting team (interview feedback, updates, coordination, etc.).
Maintain and constantly develop your own book of business through excellent written and verbal communication with clients.
Basic Requirements

Desired skills and experience: 0‑1 years of professional experience – training provided.
Drive and determination to succeed.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and innovative environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to develop strong and genuine relationships with our customers and consultants.
