Program Coordinator, Events & Community Engagement
Groove With Me is seeking a highly organized and creative Program Coordinator to lead event planning and execution across our youth programs and community initiatives.

This role manages a dynamic annual calendar including family engagement events, teacher appreciation, student experiences, and our signature fall benefit, Tap & Tapas. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who is ready to take ownership of meaningful, mission-driven events.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute events from concept through completion

Coordinate family and community engagement programming

Support production of fundraising events and benefits

Manage vendors, logistics, and volunteers

Collaborate across program, development, and communications teams

You Bring:

2–4 years of experience in events or program coordination

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail

A passion for youth development and community-based work
