Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Inside Sales Coordinator based in Marina del Rey, CA. The Inside Sales Coordinator will play a key role in managing sales operations, coordinating with clients, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Responsibilities include handling sales inquiries, creating and following up on client proposals, managing orders, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role also involves liaising with the production team to ensure timely delivery, identifying opportunities to improve processes, and providing administrative support to the sales department.

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage and respond to client inquiries effectively.

Proficiency in sales operations, including managing proposals, tracking orders, and maintaining accurate sales records.

Experience with computer software such as HubSpot CRM, inventory management systems, QuickBooks and Google Workspace.

Organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently.

Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and demonstrate problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑paced environment.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience in textiles, hospitality, or a related industry is a plus.
