Role Description
The Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Horseshoe Bay, TX. The individual in this role will lead and execute marketing initiatives to promote the resort’s offerings, including events, accommodations, and activities. Key responsibilities include developing strategic marketing plans, coordinating campaigns across multiple channels, managing social media platforms, overseeing promotional materials, and collaborating across teams to ensure a consistent brand message. The Marketing Manager will also measure the effectiveness of campaigns, manage digital and traditional advertising efforts, and build partnerships to enhance the resort's visibility.
Qualifications
Marketing strategy, campaign development, and project management skills
Digital marketing, social media management, and content creation expertise
Experience in branding, public relations, and promotional material development
Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to measure marketing effectiveness
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM and email marketing systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Hospitality or event marketing experience is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
