Lactalis US Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Creative Accounts and Strategy Manager based in
Minnetonka, MN.
The Creative Accounts and Strategy Manager will be responsible for leading and organizing cross-functional teams in The Ferm that deliver world-class advertising, branding, and marketing solutions to internal stakeholders. The Creative Accounts and Strategy Manager will ensure agency teams act as a best-in-class partner within the Yogurt Division, balancing creativity with business objectives to maximize impact and efficiency. This role will provide these "best in class" campaigns by orchestrating a seamless execution of all touchpoints along the consumer journey ensuring a consumer-first experience with the brand. The Creative Accounts and Strategy Manager will report to the Creative Strategy Director.

Key responsibilities for this position include:
Strategic Leadership:
Build Trust and Credibility across client teams by demonstrating a deep understanding of client business objectives, industry trends, and consumer culture.
Partner with marketing, sales, OMNI, and creative leadership to align advertising efforts with business goals
Lead Creative strategy development for brand campaigns
Execute the agency's vision, mission, and long-term strategy aligned with client (Brand) goals.
Establish and maintain strong relationships across Lactalis marketing divisions and other internal Brand clients.
Operational Management:
Serve as a credible, trusted partner, and advisor to Brand management clients, working with them to plan, forecast, and implement creative campaign solutions.
Advise internal Clients on creative development with outside agencies.
Influence and advocate for client concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
Leverage processes and tools to ensure efficiency, scalability, and quality of deliverables.
Support management of both agency budget and brand consumer advertising budget.
Creative Excellence:
Guide teams with the agency culture of innovation and creativity that delivers impactful campaigns.
Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications: comms strategy, paid, earned, customer, owned.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines; ensure all creative assets reflect brand identity and messaging.
Identify and share gaps in guidelines that could improve consistency of execution.
Performance Measurement:
Deliver against KPIs and metrics to measure agency success and client satisfaction.
Support ongoing optimization operations based on data-driven insights.
Work Conditions
Travel is required up to 25% monthly
Extended hours may be necessary depending on the project needs

Requirements

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:
Education
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field is required.
MBA or equivalent preferred.
Experience
8+ years of experience in advertising or marketing; advertising agency experience preferred.
Proven track record in managing creative teams and delivering successful campaigns.
Demonstrated abilities to navigate the organization and bring forward a strong point of view.
Certifications and specific knowledge
The role requires creative vision with collaboration excellence to deliver high-impact advertising solutions that align with brand strategy and business objectives
Strong understanding and extensive knowledge of advertising marketing, digital engagement and analytics.
