Schedule:

Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Position Summary
The Inside Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting outside sales representatives and assisting walk‑in customers. This position focuses on coordinating sales activities, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring timely communication regarding orders, materials, and deliveries.

Responsibilities

Build standard and custom quotes for customers and sales team members

Serve as the primary point of contact for outside sales support

Provide updates on order status, materials, and delivery timelines

Coordinate deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment

Manage warranty claims and related documentation

Assist with promotional sales activity preparation

Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks

Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and deadlines

Ability to work in a team‑oriented environment
