We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to support our recruiting team within the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) industry. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying top talent across technical and professional disciplines including project management, cost management, and project scheduling.
The Talent Sourcer will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across both regional and national markets.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and talent needs within the AEC space.
Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, ATS systems, networking, referrals, and industry associations.
Build and maintain strong pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
Conduct initial outreach to passive and active candidates via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
Screen candidates for basic qualifications, interest, salary expectations, and mobility.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Track sourcing metrics such as outreach volume, response rates, and qualified submissions.
Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor talent movements in the AEC sector.
Support employer branding and talent mapping initiatives.

Preferred Education And Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business administration or related degree.
1–3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in AEC, technical, or construction-related industries.
Strong understanding of AEC roles, project lifecycle, and terminology.
Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong research skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Lever) is a plus.
Experience supporting national or multi-market recruiting efforts.
Knowledge of US construction markets and major AEC firms.
Boolean search proficiency.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this full‑time role is $65,400.00-$87,200.01 per year. Ranges are determined based on the position, geography, client and industry experience and level, and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range reflects base salary only, and not the total compensation package. Cumming Group reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on a candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, including client requirements.
