Description

This is a hands‑on marketing leadership role for someone who thinks strategically, executes relentlessly, and leads by example. The Marketing Manager owns the marketing function across multiple brands — driving campaigns, launches, promotions, and brand growth while staying close to the work, not removed from it.

This role is 100% onsite in Dallas, TX and is built for a marketer who can shift seamlessly between big‑picture strategy and day‑to‑day execution. You’ll lead and mentor a small but impactful team of two direct reports, while personally driving initiatives forward, solving problems quickly, and treating the business like your own.

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t wait for direction. Someone who brings ideas, tests them, measures results, and continuously pushes for stronger performance, sharper branding, and better customer engagement. This is not a coordinator role and it’s not a “manage from a distance” role. It’s for a highly organized, creative, and data‑driven marketing leader who thrives in the details while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple brands

Plan and manage campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials

Manage timelines, budgets, and project execution to ensure successful delivery

Identify opportunities to improve marketing performance and campaign effectiveness

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and support a team of marketing professionals

Assign priorities, establish goals, and ensure timely completion of projects

Foster collaboration, accountability, and professional growth within the team

Provide direction and support across multiple ongoing initiatives

Channel Management

Oversee marketing efforts across:

Website and landing pages

Digital and paid advertising

Social media platforms

Email marketing campaigns

Content creation and brand messaging

Events and promotional initiatives

Print materials and brand assets

Ensure all channels align with overall marketing strategy and business objectives

Performance & Analytics

Track, analyze, and report on KPIs, ROI, conversions, and campaign performance

Use data and insights to optimize campaigns and adjust marketing strategies

Present marketing results, insights, and recommendations to leadership

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with sales, product, creative, and leadership teams

Align marketing initiatives with revenue goals and business objectives

Serve as a key marketing resource across departments and stakeholders

Requirements

Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday in Dallas, TX

Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or similar leadership role

Experience managing multiple brands or product lines preferred

Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media, content, and branding

Demonstrated ability to analyze marketing data and translate insights into action

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Comfortable balancing high‑level strategy with hands‑on execution

Experience managing budgets, timelines, and external vendors

Strong project management and multitasking abilities

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross‑functionally

Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays

Tobacco‑free workplace; adherence to company policy required during working hours

Must pass a drug test and background check
