NOW HIRING: Supervisory Program Manager
We're looking for a senior leader to serve as CMS's initial point of contact for beneficiaries, healthcare providers, state and local governments, and the public in the New York region.

Location:
New York, NY (Telework eligible)

What you'll do:

Serve as the senior CMS official in the regional office, leading and coordinating local external engagement with all stakeholders

Provide administrative and operational support to all employees in the regional office

Lead CMS external affairs program, liaising with local and regional organizations and gathering stakeholder feedback

Direct a multidisciplinary team with backgrounds in public health, data analytics, marketing, and communications

Implement and evaluate local outreach and education that informs the public about CMS programs

Serve as CMS's primary official in the region for information requests and educational briefings

Develop collaborative partnerships with stakeholders to amplify CMS messaging

What we need:

Experience managing multidisciplinary staff to deliver administrative and operational support

Background planning outreach activities to promote public awareness of key healthcare initiatives

Experience leading activities to gather and analyze stakeholder feedback and market-level data
