Strong project management capability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns and stakeholders, ensuring timelines, approvals, and deliverables are met
6-9 years of experience developing and executing social media strategies across major platforms, balancing brand goals with tactics that drive engagement
High level of creative thinking, including the ability to ideate series, campaign themes, and social-first concepts aligned to business objectives
Hands‑on experience creating and editing basic visual assets and short‑form video, with comfort using mobile tools (including iPhone video capture and editing); candidates should include a portfolio of relevant work or links to work samples in their resume or application
Excellent writing and editorial judgment, with the ability to tailor copy for different platforms, audiences, and engagement objectives
Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands‑on experience using generative AI and LLM prompting to optimize social copy, video scripts, workflows, and experimentation, while demonstrating awareness of responsible and ethical AI use
Experience in highly regulated organizations is a plus, where social content requires coordination across legal, compliance, and risk stakeholders
Analytical mindset with experience reviewing performance metrics, social listening insights, and trends to refine content and engagement approaches
Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, digital media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Responsibilities
Own and execute the day-to‑day social media strategy across owned channels, ensuring consistent, timely, and high‑quality publishing
Manage multiple campaigns and content streams simultaneously, coordinating inputs, approvals, and timelines across cross‑functional teams
Partner with communications, marketing, and creative stakeholders to ideate, draft, and refine social content that supports broader brand and business initiatives
Concept and produce social‑first content, including basic visual assets and short‑form video, with comfort capturing and editing content in real time when needed
Apply generative AI tools and large language model prompting techniques to optimize copy, test engagement approaches, and improve content workflows
Monitor social channels for performance, trends, and brand conversation, engaging in real time and escalating insights as appropriate
Identify opportunities for new content formats, recurring series, and campaign concepts that strengthen Moody’s voice across earned and owned channels
Contribute as an active member of a broader creative team rethinking how Moody’s shows up across digital, social, and emerging platforms

The Digital Content & Brand Experience team is responsible for shaping how Moody’s shows up across owned and earned digital channels, driving clarity, creativity, and consistency in our storytelling. By joining this team, you will contribute to evolving Moody’s social and editorial presence while working within a group that actively explores new formats, tools, and responsible use of artificial intelligence to improve how we work and how we engage audiences.
For US‑based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $86,000.00–$124,700.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full‑time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
