system training/liliCollaborate with team members to create the best solutions for customer issues/li/ulh3Requirements/h3ulliA high school diploma or equivalent required/liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills/liliAbility to multitask by handling a variety of customer experience cases/liliAbility to be on the phone, email, and communication platforms for about 8 hours/day/liliGreat organizational and follow-up skills/liliLiteracy with Mac OS computer systems/liliFamiliarity with the Google Suite (ie.
