Time of Grace exists to point people to what matters most: Jesus. Using a variety of media—television, radio, podcasts, print publications, and digital—to teach tough topics in an approachable and relatable way. The ministry’s goal is to make the Bible clear and understandable for those who need encouragement in their walks of faith and for those who don’t yet know Jesus at all.
Responsibilities
Core Leadership Responsibilities
Executive Leadership:
Participate on the leadership team to align creative and publishing output with the strategic plans.
Content Development:
Oversee the multilingual, multigenerational, multidisciplinary content engine.
Team Architecture:
Recruit, mentor, and manage a high‑capacity team of staff and external contractors.
Storytelling Fundraising:
Direct media production that tells donors the ministry’s story and collaborates with fundraising teammates.
Brand Excellence:
Champion the brand and innovate its effectiveness.
Creative Leadership Responsibilities
Content Authority and Direction:
Shepherd leader and writers to build engaging content; lead channel selection; provide clear concept briefs and messaging outlines.
Aesthetic Authority Optimized by Platforms:
Drive raw, authentic, and fast‑paced aesthetic across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Creative Innovation and Platform Expansion:
Make inventive decisions on new technologies and distribution mediums; pitch creative plans to board and staff.
Quality Spanish Content:
Oversee creative adaptation for Spanish‑speaking world; guide production of gospel‑laden content.
Visual Courage & Purposeful Design:
Develop branding for sensitive topics and use the persona Bella to attract non‑believers.
Content Production Tasks
Print:
Lead team to produce ~9 high‑quality books per year and monthly newsletters.
Video:
Lead team to produce ~37 high‑quality television programs per year and short videos in English and Spanish.
Design:
Ensure modern, premium look for all media.
Media Integration:
Connect taboo, Spanish, and Gen Z teaching content across print, video, audio, and digital resources.
Qualifications
Experience:
10+ years in creative leadership with multiplatform publishing and digital media.
Portfolio:
Proven ability to lead high‑end print design and disruptive digital video.
Management:
Experience managing a mix of in‑house staff and remote contract talent.
AI forward:
Demonstrated use of AI to accelerate creative content development.
Language:
Bilingual or multilingual ministry oversight; speaking multiple languages is not required.
Faith Commitment:
Agreement with Time of Grace’s Statement of Faith and attendance at the annual multiday retreat in Wisconsin.

Compensation and Location
Compensation Range:
$120,000–$160,000, plus a competitive benefits package. The position is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. 60% in the Milwaukee office, 40% remote. Some weekday and weekend travel to ministry offices in Appleton, Wisconsin, and business travel with expenses paid by the ministry.
