Role Description
We are seeking a Residential Sales Manager to lead and grow our residential sales and marketing initiatives across existing and expanding service areas in Utah. This is a high-impact role responsible for developing market strategies, driving subscriber growth, strengthening community engagement, and helping shape the future of FirstDigital’s residential business.

This position offers the opportunity to build programs, influence strategy, and work cross-functionally with executive leadership, operations, marketing, and customer experience teams in a fast-moving and entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities
Residential Sales & Market Growth

Develop and execute residential sales strategies across multiple market types and service models

Identify and prioritize high-opportunity communities and growth areas

Drive subscriber acquisition, retention, and overall residential revenue growth

Build and optimize sales funnels, promotional initiatives, and customer conversion programs

Monitor and report on key performance indicators including penetration rates, customer acquisition costs, churn, and community growth trends

Marketing & Community Engagement

Lead residential marketing initiatives across digital, direct, and community-based channels

Oversee targeted campaigns including direct mail, digital advertising, social media, and local outreach

Develop community-specific messaging and positioning strategies

Support referral and ambassador programs that strengthen local brand presence and customer engagement

Cross Functional Leadership & Team Development

Partner closely with operations, provisioning, and customer support teams to ensure a strong customer experience

Maintain accurate market and subscriber data using CRM and reporting tools

Provide regular updates, forecasting, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Help establish scalable processes and infrastructure to support continued residential growth

Qualifications

3–7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or market growth roles

Experience in residential services, telecommunications, fiber internet, home services, or related industries is a plus but not required

Demonstrated ability to grow a territory, market segment, or customer base

Strong understanding of both sales execution and marketing strategy

Comfortable operating in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment

Strong communication and relationship-building skills across customers, community stakeholders, and executive leadership

Analytical and data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and reporting tools

Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
