What You Can Expect
As Sales Support Manager, you will supervise the Sales Support team overseeing the review, prioritization, and administration of energy supply transactions, ensuring accurate and on‑time completion and continuous improvement of the sales transaction process. You will serve as the primary point of contact and subject‑matter expert for all Sales Transaction processes and issues. This position reports to the Director, Sales Support.

Manage the Request for Pricing (RFPs) process for all regions in the GSERNA service area using Siebel, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook.

Review RFPs to ensure compliance with pricing, product, and sales requirements.

Manage, Escalate, Discuss, and Resolve issues related to non‑compliant opportunities with Sales, Operations, Supply and other internal departments, and third‑party sales channels.

Act as primary point of contact between the Sales organization and the Operations, Supply, and Marketing teams regarding sales reporting and transaction processes.

Provide Sales Leadership with regular reports on deal activity, process issues, and best practices for indirect and direct sales transactions across all regions.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Minimum 10 years professional work experience.

Minimum 5 years experience in sales, sales support, or marketing.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Enthusiastic, quick learner, adaptable to new concepts and challenges.

Effective communicator who conveys information clearly and professionally.

Strong analytical skills, evaluates information, identifies key issues, and forms sound conclusions.

Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, prioritizing and executing effectively.

Proactive, resourceful, works independently and collaboratively while driving results with a sense of urgency.

Additional Details

Eligible for hybrid work policy: minimum 3 days at an ENGIE office.

Must comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies.

Compensation
Salary Range:

$102,000 - $156,400 USD annually. Base pay plus a competitive bonus/incentive plan.
