SecureWay Financial is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and scale a high-performing team of Debt Consultants responsible for converting qualified inbound and outbound leads into enrolled clients.
This role plays a critical part in driving revenue growth, improving sales performance, and ensuring operational excellence within a highly regulated financial services environment.
The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with experience managing high-volume teams, improving conversion performance, and building a culture centered around accountability, coaching, and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Debt Consultants to consistently exceed enrollment and revenue goals
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs including contact rate, transfer rate, close rate, and pipeline conversion
Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, call reviews, and performance calibrations
Build and maintain a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability and execution
Partner with Learning & Development teams to support onboarding and continuous training initiatives
Provide coaching on objection handling, closing strategies, and consultative sales techniques
Help refine scripts, rebuttals, and call flows to improve overall sales performance
Ensure all sales activities align with FTC, TSR, and internal compliance standards
Partner with Quality Assurance teams to review calls and address performance gaps
Reinforce ethical sales practices and accurate communication of financial solutions
Partner with Marketing teams to improve lead quality and campaign performance
Collaborate with Processing and Customer Service teams to reduce fallout and improve enrollment quality
Maintain accurate CRM reporting, forecasting, and pipeline visibility through platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce
Analyze funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion efficiency
Optimize inbound and outbound sales strategies
Support future team growth and operational scaling initiatives
Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience in debt settlement, financial services, or a similar high-volume sales environment
Proven track record of managing and scaling inside sales teams
Strong understanding of front-end/affiliate debt settlement models preferred
Deep knowledge of compliance requirements (FTC/TSR and state-level considerations)
Experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
Exceptional leadership, communication, and coaching skills
Flexibility to travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing offshore or near-shore sales teams
Background in both inbound and outbound call center environments
Familiarity with QA tools and call analytics platforms (e.g., AI-driven QA solutions)
Compensation Structure
Base Salary + Performance-Based Bonus (tied to team revenue and KPIs)
