Senior Experience Strategist
We are seeking a Senior Experience Strategist to drive the development and execution of omnichannel CRM strategies for one of our top‑tier global clients.

Responsibilities

Work in a smaller client strategy team as part of a broader Experience Strategy team.

Own and drive strategic deliverables, leading the development of integrated channel plans that define the overarching strategy across diverse touchpoints.

Lead and influence cross‑functional teams, serving as the strategic bridge between CX, performance marketing, creative, media, and data teams.

Oversee and synthesize research and analysis, facilitating strategic workshops and translating complex data into actionable strategies, detailed personas, and comprehensive customer‑journey blueprints.

Craft compelling narratives and present strategic concepts to senior clients and stakeholders.

Who you work with
At VML MAP you collaborate with specialists across technology, data, creative, and client leadership, as well as client stakeholders across marketing, sales, digital, and technology functions.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in CRM, customer experience strategy, or strategic planning roles; agency and client‑side experience welcomed.

Global outlook: 2+ years delivering CRM strategies for large‑scale global clients.

Self‑starter who can make an impact quickly and become a trusted expert.

Strong communication skills: confident presentation and facilitation of client meetings and workshops.

Proven storytelling ability to craft data‑backed strategic narratives that inspire and secure buy‑in.

Collaborative energy: experience working as part of a wider client team to deliver high‑standard work collectively.
