Responsibilities

Provide leadership and supervision to assembly technicians.

Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting in monitoring and diagnosing equipment problems.

Provide support for testing and commissioning service for equipment.

Assist in equipment failure analysis evaluations.

Travel to customers site to supervise and execute field service jobs.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 4-year experience in industrial and /or utility power

Excellent mediation and customer service skills to resolve issues efficiently while balancing technical constraints.

Knowledge of customer specifications, particularly in relay protection, control systems, and associated MPAC project requirements.

Knowledge of industry electrical standards.

Pay Details:

$38.00 to $40.00 per hour
