Relationship Manager serves as a support person reporting to the Vice President, Financial Institutions, Cash Logistics. Their primary focus is to proactively develop and foster a positive business relationship between Garda and a given number of assigned customers.
Job Duties
Work closely with their assigned Accounts. This could include, but is not limited to, submitting requests to open/close locations, gather missed stop data, tracking and reporting Cash Vault Data, etc.
Reports- proactively uncover service issues and push to the branches to gain commitment. Also, provide reports with updates to the clients.
Tickets- reactively address client issues by pushing them to the branches and following up until resolved.
Participate on Daily, Weekly, or Monthly review calls.
Prepare Quarterly Business Review (QBR) presentations.

Qualifications For Relationship Manager
Intuitive to customers’ needs
Strong communication (Oral & Written) and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
A background in customer service is a plus
Strategic thinker and ability to analyze and solve problems quickly
Ability to work well with others and lead a team
Knowledge of math and numbers
Attentive to detail and well organized
Must be self-motivated, flexible, and able to manage several jobs at one time
A background in Cash Vault Services (CVS) or related experience is a plus
