Responsibilities
• Examine market trends to establish pricing that balances costs, competition, and supply and demand
• Grow customer loyalty while also generating new business by nurturing long-term relationships
• Hire, train, and motivate your team to provide better customer service to your clients
• Consult with sales managers and stakeholders to evaluate the company's performance
• Achieve sales team goals and yearly sales targets and plan and implement short and long-term marketing plans
Qualifications
• Computer skills are needed for this position, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Prior sales and marketing experience of 5+ years, including some in a sales management role, is required
• Marketing expertise and knowledge of sales department best practices are needed for this position
• This position requires a high school diploma or GED, and a bachelor's degree in marketing or hospitality being preferred
