About the Role
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment, is highly organized, and enjoys combining relationship management with operational leadership. You will play a critical role in strengthening client partnerships, improving internal processes, and helping scale our interpretation services.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction
Manage and grow client accounts through proactive communication and strategic follow‑ups
Utilize HubSpot to track interactions, manage pipelines, and ensure timely follow‑through
Lead and support a team of coordinators and specialists to deliver seamless interpretation services
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and service delivery
Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, operations, and leadership teams
Learn and implement new technologies that enhance interpretation solutions and client experience
Qualifications
Strong client‑facing and relationship management skills
Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
Excellent follow‑up and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
Comfortable learning and adapting to new technologies
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
