Job Description:
Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive pipeline growth and brand awareness.
Analyze customer behavior, buying patterns, and regional market dynamics to inform campaigns and positioning.
Track and report on key performance metrics (ROI, CAC, conversion rates, etc.) and continuously optimize marketing efforts.
Partner with sales to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals and customer acquisition strategies.
Own and evolve the company’s brand identity across all channels.
Lead content creation efforts including case studies, videos, social media, and website content.
Plan, execute, and optimize trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
Identify and pursue new opportunities for brand exposure in key markets.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or growth roles, preferably in B2B or technology-driven companies.
Proven track record of driving market growth and increasing brand awareness in startup or high-growth environments.
Hands-on experience planning and executing trade shows, conferences, and field marketing initiatives.
Experience analyzing customer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance to inform strategy.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams to drive revenue outcomes.
