FYAR is seeking an experienced

Instagram Coordinator Volunteer

to manage and grow our Instagram presence through compelling visuals, stories, reels, and community engagement.
This role is ideal for a creative individual with experience in content planning, visual storytelling, and audience growth for nonprofits or mission-driven brands.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and schedule Instagram posts, stories, and reels.
Curate visual content showcasing youth programs, events, and impact.
Write engaging captions aligned with FYAR’s voice and mission.
Engage with followers, partners, and supporters.
Collaborate with other social media coordinators to ensure brand consistency.
Track performance metrics and suggest content improvements.
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience managing Instagram accounts for organizations or brands.
Strong visual sense and basic knowledge of design or editing tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
Understanding of Instagram algorithms, reels, and engagement strategies.
Organized, creative, and detail-oriented.
Passionate about arts, youth development, and storytelling.
